If you notice that you have entered too much – or incorrect – information, please do the following: Log in to LUCID, and click on the edit symbol next to the relevant brand under 'Maintain brand names'. To delete a brand, you have to enter the day on which you are making the change as the final date. The brand will then be invalid and deleted as from the next day. By confirming the change, you complete the process. The Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) will confirm the deletion of the relevant brand to the applicant electronically via an administrative act.

If you use the XML upload function, please note that the old entries are overwritten when you upload a new file. This is also the case if you initially enter brands manually, and then subsequently upload an XML brand list.
