Extended registration requirement
If you are the first to fill any type of packaging with goods and place it on the German market on a commercial basis, there will be a registration requirement for you. Here you can find information about this topic.

Regardless of the packaging type, there are things you will need to do if you are the first to fill packaging with goods and place it on the German market on a commercial basis. You will either need to
- register with the LUCID Packaging Register for the first time, providing details about your packaging types, or
- if you have registered already, add details about your packaging types to your existing registration (registration amendment).
