As part of the login set-up process when registering with the LUCID Packaging Register, a verification link will be provided to you in an e-mail.
If you do not receive this e-mail, please do the following:
- Request that the verification link be re-sent by logging in again under lucid.verpackungsregister.org with your e-mail address and chosen password. Select the 're-send activation e-mail' option.
- Check whether the e-mail is in your spam folder that holds unsolicited e-mail. Click on the e-mail in your spam folder. By clicking on the displayed link, categorise it as safe.
- Check whether the e-mail was automatically moved to a different folder, e.g. because it was classified as junk mail. Use the search function to look for messages from the sender 'Verpackungsregister' in your inbox.
Depending on your IT setup and your e-mail provider, e-mails may be delayed. If the e-mail is not in your inbox, please wait until the next business day to see if the e-mail has been released by your administrator.
