Organisation chart

The organisation chart shows the organisational structure of the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register ZSVR). At the helm is the Management Board, comprising Chair Gunda Rachut and Management Board member Dr Alexander Dröge. The Management Board is supported by the Secretary General, Franziska Safak. Several support functions are also assigned to the Management Board. These include the Data Protection Officer, the Information Security Officer and the Chair Matters and Special Tasks Officer. Various specialist departments are situated below this management level. The Communications and Press Department, headed by Dr Bettina Sunderdiek. The Legal and Recovery Management Department, headed by Martin Kardetzky. This department comprises the Legal Teams 1 to 3 and Recovery Management. The Analytics and Business Intelligence Department, headed by Franziska Safak. This department comprises the areas of Business Analysis, Data Science and Engineering, Reporting and Processes. The IT and Processes Department, headed by Tobias Dreyem and Jan Wietholt. This department comprises the IT Operations, Cyber Security, IT Management and Procurement, LUCID, and Service and Support teams. The Administration Department, headed by Markus Heier. This department comprises Reception/switchboard, Finance, Procurement, Human Ressources.
