The constituting meeting of the administrative board yesterday marked the start of duties for the last of the four legally prescribed governing bodies of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register); the chair, board of trustees, administrative board and advisory board are all now fully constituted. Just a few weeks after the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister was founded, the groundwork has now been laid for the provisions of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) to be implemented.
